1. Prepare the dossier

The dossiers for change of business registration information of business location include:

• Notification for change of business registration information of the branch/ representative office/ business location;
• Application for update of business registration information of the branch/ representative office/ business location in the company operating under Invest license, Invest certificate or other documents of equivalent legal validity.

2. Submit the dossier

a. The order of execution:

Note: Before registering the change of the address of the head office/ branch, representative office must carry out procedures with tax authorities related to relocation in accordance with tax law.

• In case of relocation of the branch or representative office within the province or central-affiliated relocation city where the branch or representative office has been registered:

Enterprise submit Notification for change of business registration information of the branch/ representative office/ business location to the Business Registration Office where its branch or representative office is located.

• In case of relocation of the branch or representative office to another province or central-affiliated city where the branch or representative office has been registered:

Enterprise submit Notification for change of business registration information of the branch/ representative office/ business location to the Business Registration Office where its branch or representative office will be relocated.

b. The procedure:

The legal representative submit directly Notification for change of business registration information of the branch/ representative office/ business location to the Business Registration Office.

c. The number of dossiers: 01 set

d. Time limit for settlement: Within 03 working days after receving a valid dossier

3. Obtain results

• In case of relocation of the branch or representative office within the province or central-affiliated relocation city where the branch or representative office has been registered:

When receiving the Notification of enterprise, the Business Registration Office shall give a Receipt slip, check the validity of the dossier, change the business registration information of the branch/ representative office/ business location in National Enterprise Registration Database and grant the Certificate of Branch/ Representative Office Registration, Business location registration certificate within 3 working days after receiving the valid dossier.

Where the enterprise requests, the Business Registration Office shall give a Certificate of changes of business registration information of the branch/ representative office/ business location.

• In case of relocation of the branch or representative office to another province or central-affiliated city where the branch or representative office has been registered:

When receiving the Notification of enterprise, the Business Registration Office where the branch or representative office intending to move shall give a Receipt slip, check the validity of the dossier, grant the Certificate of Branch/ Representative Office Registration to the enterprise and send information to the Business Registration Office where previously branch or representative office was located.
