- Charter of the converted company;
- Decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders on the conversion of the company;
- For single-member limited liability company owned by organization:
+ Organizing and managing with the model of the company’s President, Director/ General Director and Controller: Valid copy of the ID paper of the authorized representative;
+ Organizing and managing with the model of the Broad of members, Director/ General Director and Controller: A list of authorized representative and valid copies of the ID papers of each authorized representative;
- Authorization document for the representative to carry out business registration procedures;
- Contract of capital transfer or documents proving completion of the transfer or agreement on investment capital contribution.
- The step of execution
- Within 15 days after completing the transfer of share in accordance with law, the enterprise shall submit the transformation dossier to the Business Registration Office where the enterprise has registered;
- Enterprise directly submit their documents to Business Registration Office or submit an online application for enterprise registration;
- Within 05 working days after receiving the receipt of the transformation dossier, the Business Registration Office shall grant the Enterprise Registration Certificate.

- Time limit for settlement: Within 05 working days from the date of receipt of complete and valid dossier
