1.The order of execution:
– Enterprise shall send a notice of suspension to the Business Registration Section which the enterprise has made registration at least 15 days before the date of business suspension.
– The Business Registration Section shall give a receipt to the enterprise after receiving the notice of business suspension.
– Within 3 working days after receiving a valid dossier, the Business Registration Section shall grant a written certification that the enterprise has registered the business.
NOTE: Enterprise shall also send notice of suspension of its branch, representative office or business location to the Business Registration Section which the branch, representative office or business location has made registration.
- Implementation methods:
Enterprise founders or the enterprise’s authorized representative submit enterprise registration dossier in accordance with laws at The Business Registration Section in the localities where they or their enterprises are headquartered or perform online enterprise registration.
- A dossier consists of:
– A notice of enterprise’s business suspension;
– The decision and a valid copy of the minutes of the Shareholders’ General Meeting or the Board of Directors, for a joint stock company;
– The enterprise which is granted Investment license shall submit Investment certificate or other papers of equivalent legal value as well as valid copy of Investment certificate and tax registration certificate, Application for addition, update of enterprise registration information.
