1.Composition dossier:
-A notice of change in enterprise registration contents;
-The decision and a valid copy of the minutes of the meeting of the Members’ Council, for a limited liability company with two or more members.
NOTE: The decision and minutes of the meeting must specify the changed contents of the company charter.
2.The order of execution:
– The enterprise shall send a notice to the Business Registration Section that has granted the enterprise registration certificate enclosed with documents listed above.
– The enterprise shall submit dossier of change in enterprise registration contents directly at The Business Registration Section in the localities where they or their enterprises are headquartered or the enterprise’s at-law-representative performs online enterprise registration in accordance with procedure in National Business Registration Portal.
– When receiving the notice, the Business Registration Section shall give a receipt to the enterprise, check the validity of the dossier, and grant an enterprise registration certificate if the new name does not contravene regulations on naming of enterprises.
– The change of an enterprise’s name does not affect the enterprise’s rights and obligations.
NOTE: The enterprise’s name must be complied with provisions at Article 38,39,40 and 42 of the Law on Enterprise.
3.Number of dossier: 01 set.
4.Timeline: Within 03 working days from the receipt of valid dossier.
