SOME NEW POINTS OF DECREE NO.145/2020/ND-CP DETAILING AND GUIDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A NUMBER OF ARTICLES OF THE LABOR CODE 2019 On December 14, 2020

On December 14, 2020, the Government issued Decree No.145/2020 / ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Labor Code regarding working conditions and industrial relations. This Decree takes effect from February 1, 2021.

The Decree details and guides the implementation of a number of articles of the Labor Code regarding working conditions and industrial relations:

  1. Labor management as prescribed
  2. Labor contract as prescribed
  3. Labor lease as prescribed
  4. Organization of dialogues and implementation of regulations on grassroots-level democracy
  5. Wages as prescribed
  6. Working time and rest time as prescribed
  7. Labor discipline and material responsibility as prescribed
  8. Female employees and assurance of gender equality as prescribed
  9. Domestic employees as prescribed
  10. Settlement of labor disputes as prescribed
