Step 1: Prepare the dossier.
- THE COMESTIC PRODUCT IS SELF – MANUFACTURED BY THE ENTERPRISE:
1/Cosmetic product proclamation report (the form provided by T2H Lawyers);
2/Power of attorney for T2H Lawyers to execute the procedures on behalf of your enterprise (the form provided by T2H Lawyers).
- THE ENTERPRISE DO NOT SELF-MANUFACTURE AND BUY FROM OTHER DOMESTIC MANUFACTURERS:
1/Cosmetic product proclamation report (the form provided by T2H Lawyers);
2/The letter of attorney from the producers or the owners of products authorized for enterprise to put products on the market in Vietnam;
3/Power of attorney for T2H Lawyers (as the form provided by T2H Lawyers).
Step 2: Submit the dossier.
The cosmetic proclamation dossiers are prepared into one set and submitted to at the Medicine Management Bureau – the Ministry of Health by T2H Lawyers (on behalf of clients).
Step 3: The settlement of the cosmetic product proclamation dossier.
Within 03 working days from the receipt of valid dossier, competent state management agencies shall issue the number of receiving the cosmetic product proclamation report.
In case the proclamation dossier is invalid, the dossier receiving agency must announce in writing of contents which must be amended, supplemented after 05 working days. Within 03 months from the receipt of the announcement document, enterprises must execute the amendment, supplement. Within 05 working days since receiving the valid supplementing dossier, the number of receiving the cosmetic product proclamation report shall be issued.
